Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If your CD arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receiving it. After 30 days, you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement, or partial refund.

 

Change‑of‑mind cancellations (online orders)

Because CDs are physical goods, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it.
You then have another 14 days to return it.

We will refund:

  • the full purchase price
  • the standard outbound delivery cost

You are responsible for the cost of returning the CD unless it is faulty.

 

Condition of returned CDs

To qualify for a refund, the CD must be returned in the condition you received it.
You may open the outer packaging to inspect the item, but we may reduce your refund if the CD or case shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to check it.

Please include proof of purchase with your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

If your CD is defective or damaged, we will replace it with the same title where possible.
